Best Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 16 tablespoons smart balance light butter spread
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 ounce) bag chocolate chips (i prefer dark chocolate)
Recipe
- 1 preheat overn for 350 degrees.
- 2 in a small/medium size bowl combine flour and baking soda and set aside.
- 3 in a large bowl, add butter, then sugars, and blend together with an electric mixer. add eggs and blend again. then slowly add the flour/baking soda mixture. once batter is creamy, fold in chocolate chips.
- 4 i like to use parchment paper on my non-stick baking sheets so they don't get messed up. you should be able to fit about 12 cookies on eat sheet.
- 5 bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. cool on a napkin, or wire racks.
