Almond Rocha Gail Style

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups almonds, chopped
- 2 cups butter
- 12 ounces hershey bars
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle almonds onto buttered cookie sheet, reserving 1/2 cup of the nuts.
- 2 melt butter and sugar together and bring to a roiling boil, stirring constantly. after the roiling boil begins, continue to stir constantly for 12 minutes.
- 3 pour mixture over almonds on cookie sheet and lay the hershey bars over hot mixture to melt. make sure the mixture is all covered with chocolate.
- 4 sprinkle with reserved almonds and let cool completly.
- 5 break into small pieces.
