Almond Roca

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup slivered almonds

Recipe

  • 1 in a heavy pot boil water, sugar and butter to 285 degrees or crack stage on a candy thermometer.
  • 2 pour into rimmed baking sheet.
  • 3 sprinkle with chocolate chips, and spread when melted.
  • 4 sprinkle on slivered or crushed almonds.
