Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup slivered almonds
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy pot boil water, sugar and butter to 285 degrees or crack stage on a candy thermometer.
- 2 pour into rimmed baking sheet.
- 3 sprinkle with chocolate chips, and spread when melted.
- 4 sprinkle on slivered or crushed almonds.
