Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 3/4 cups icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients.
- 2 mix margarine, sugar, eggs.
- 3 roll 1/4 inch thick cut cookies in circles.
- 4 bake 350 dergees for 11 minutes.
- 5 take 2 cookies at a time and stick them together with a jelly of your choice.
- 6 enjoy!
