Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light brow sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter.
  • 2 stirring frequently, bring to a full boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
  • 3 remove from heat; immediately stir in cream and vanilla.
  • 4 store in refrigerator. stir before serving.
