Brownies

Ingredients
- 100 g self raising flour
- 300 g caster sugar
- 75 g cocoa powder
- 175 g unsalted butter
- 200 g chocolate
- 4 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to gas mark 4 or 180 degrees.
- 2 mix the flour sugar and coco powder together.
- 3 melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl.
- 4 mix the two together into a thick paste
- 5 beat the four eggs.
- 6 mix the eggs with the rest of the brownie mix.
- 7 grease a tin deep square cake tin spread evenly.
- 8 cook in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes
- 9 allow to cool for 30 miniutes then take out of tin.
- 10 wait untill fully cool to cut shout make 16 brownies.
