Brownies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 100 g self raising flour
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 75 g cocoa powder
  • 175 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 4 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to gas mark 4 or 180 degrees.
  • 2 mix the flour sugar and coco powder together.
  • 3 melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl.
  • 4 mix the two together into a thick paste
  • 5 beat the four eggs.
  • 6 mix the eggs with the rest of the brownie mix.
  • 7 grease a tin deep square cake tin spread evenly.
  • 8 cook in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes
  • 9 allow to cool for 30 miniutes then take out of tin.
  • 10 wait untill fully cool to cut shout make 16 brownies.
