Brown Butter Icing Cookies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (or more if you like)
  • 2 -4 tablespoons hot water

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. add dry ingredients. lastly add the sour cream and mix.
  • 2 cook at 375 f for 7-10 minutes
