Ingredients

- 462 g cream cheese
- 123 g fine sugar
- 123 ml eggs
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 46 ml homogenized milk
- 65 g graham crackers (crumbled)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 cream the cream cheese in mixer.
- 2 add sugar and cream together.'.
- 3 with mixer running on low speed, slowly add in half of the eggs.
- 4 stop mixer and scrape down bowl.
- 5 run mixer again. add in rest of the eggs.
- 6 add in whip topping.
- 7 add lemon juice.
- 8 add vanilla.
- 9 crumble graham crackers and graham crust together.
- 10 scoop crust mixture into 7" ring and tamp.
- 11 pour filling over crust mix.
- 12 bake at 225 degrees celsius for 2.5 hours.
