Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 5 eggs, separated
• 1 cup sugar
• 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup graham cracker
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven 275 degrees. butter 9 inch spring pan.
• 2 beat egg yolks till thick, gradually beat sugar and cream cheese. mix till smooth.
• 3 then add sour cream, vanilla, flour; continue mixing till smooth.
• 4 beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mix.
• 5 pour in pan, bake for 70 minutes.
• 6 do not open door!
