Apple Crunch

Ingredients

- 6 cups peeled and sliced apples (about 6)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, add apples and toss to coat.
- 2 place apples in a greased 8" square pan or a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- 3 combine flour, brown sugar and butter and place mixture over apples.
