Apple Crunch

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 cups peeled and sliced apples (about 6)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, add apples and toss to coat.
  • 2 place apples in a greased 8" square pan or a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • 3 combine flour, brown sugar and butter and place mixture over apples.
  • 4 bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender and top is golden brown.
