Amazing Tea Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 400 g dried fruit
• 1 mug hot black tea
• 1 mug brown sugar
• 2 mugs self raising flour
• 1 egg, beaten

Recipe

• 1 pour hot tea over fruit.
• 2 mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
• 3 add fruit and tea.
• 4 pour batter into greased, round cake tin.
• 5 bake 160 c for 1 1/2 hours.
