Ingredients

- 400 g dried fruit
- 1 mug hot black tea
- 1 mug brown sugar
- 2 mugs self raising flour
- 1 egg, beaten
Recipe
- 1 pour hot tea over fruit.
- 2 mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
- 3 add fruit and tea.
- 4 pour batter into greased, round cake tin.
- 5 bake 160 c for 1 1/2 hours.
