Berries Vinaigrette With Mascarpone

Ingredients

• 4 cups assorted berries (sliced strawberries, red or golden raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries)
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 (8 ounce) carton mascarpone cheese
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

• 1 divide berries among six individual dessert dishes (this looks great in wine glasses).
• 2 sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon of the balsamic vinegar.
• 3 stir together the mascarpone cheese and milk.
• 4 spoon mascarpone mixture over berries.
• 5 drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over each serving.
