- 1 pineapple, fresh
- 1/4 cup sugar (approximately)
Recipe
- 1 peel pineapple and slice thinly.
- 2 on a baking tray place a sheet of non stick baking paper, sprinkle lightly with sugar.
- 3 place pineapple slices onto the sugar and sprinkle top of slices with more sugar.
- 4 place in an oven on low heat at 120°c/250°f and dry for about 45 minutes.
- 5 let cool.
