Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, cinnamon, milk and water together, cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234* on thermometer.
- 2 remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla until mixture thickens.
- 3 spread pecans on wax paper to harden.
- 4 store in an airtight container.
