Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons wild strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 1 cup cold water
- 6 apples
Recipe
- 1 peel apples, core and cut them in half, and remove seeds.
- 2 place them in a 9x12 baking pan.
- 3 in a small bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch and jello.
- 4 using a saucepan, bring to boil the cold water and jello mixture.
- 5 remove from heat and let cool.
- 6 it will thicken upon standing.
- 7 once cool, spoon syrup over apples.
- 8 cover with foil,folding back corners.
- 9 cut slits to vent.
- 10 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
