Buttery Baked Custard

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 blend ingredients until smooth (can use blender or food processor as well).
- 3 pour into greased 9" wide deep pie pan or a small casserole dish.
- 4 bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. cool on rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate.
- 5 note: can add a bit of nutmeg or cinnamon but is very nice "as is" as well.
