Butterscotch Pudding

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 350 g condensed milk
  • 25 g butter
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place first 5 ingredients over a saucepan until melted.
  • 2 stir in rest of ingredients.
  • 3 pour batter into a pie plate.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for 30 minutes until done.
