Butter Tart Filling

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (rum flavored)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg, butter and sugar.
  • 2 add vanilla and salt.
  • 3 beat well.
  • 4 then add raisins.
  • 5 bake in uncooked tart shells in 350°f oven until brown.
