Ingredients
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 1 (12 ounce) neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups splenda sugar substitute
- 4 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
- 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. add melted chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla, mixing until blended.
- 2 pour into ready made crust.
- 3 pour cherry filling on top and refrigerate overnight.
