Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup brewed coffee

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 butter 2 (8-inch) round cake pans.
• 3 sift dry ingredients and mix on low speed.
• 4 combine buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl and slowly add wet ingredients to dry.
• 5 add coffee and stir just to combine.
• 6 pour batter into prepared pans
• 7 bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
