Ingredients
- 1 (8 inch) baked pie crusts or 1 (8 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy cane, divided
Recipe
- 1 in bowel whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- 2 slowly add sweetened condensed milk, while continuing to whip until well blended.
- 3 add vanilla flavoring.
- 4 add lemon juice, blending well.
- 5 stir in 1/4 cup of crushed candy.
- 6 chill for 2-4 hours until set.
- 7 sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of crushed candy cane evenly over top.
