Awesome Chocolate Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 ounces chocolate chips
• 3 ounces butterscotch chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°.
• 2 combine butter and sugar and beat until fluffy add egg and vanilla and mix very well.
• 3 gradually add flour, salt and baking soda while mixing until smooth.
• 4 stir in chips by hand.
• 5 drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet.
• 6 bake until just browned approximately 10-13 minutes. watch them closely near the end to prevent butterscotch chips from burning!
