Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 ounces carrot baby food
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 beat all together until well mixed. put in 9x13 inch pan.
- 2 bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. or bake in 2 pans for 35-40 minutes for bars. or 25-30 minutes for cupcakes.
- 3 frosting: blend all ingredients until creamy. spread on cakes, bars or cupcakes.
