Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 ounces carrot baby food
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese

Recipe

  • 1 beat all together until well mixed. put in 9x13 inch pan.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. or bake in 2 pans for 35-40 minutes for bars. or 25-30 minutes for cupcakes.
  • 3 frosting: blend all ingredients until creamy. spread on cakes, bars or cupcakes.
