Baked Apple Custard Cups

Ingredients

- 2 nilla vanilla wafers
- 1/3 cup apple, finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons philadelphia cream cheese spread
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cool whip topping
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f spray two 6-oz. custard cups wirh cooking spray. place 1 wafer in each cup.
- 2 combine apples and pecans; spoon evenly over wafers. set aside.
- 3 beat cream cheese spread, sour cream and sugar in small bowl until well blended. add egg, milk and cinnamon; mix well. pour over apple mixture in cups. place cups on baking sheet.
- 4 bake 20-25 minutes or until center of each dessert is set. cool slightly. top each dessert wirh a dollop of the whipped topping just before serving.
