Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- one 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.
- 2 combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, and butter in a large bowl. mix well.
- 3 gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- 4 pour into a 9 x 5" loaf pan or 2 quart container; cover.
- 5 freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
