Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • one 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.
  • 2 combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, and butter in a large bowl. mix well.
  • 3 gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
  • 4 pour into a 9 x 5" loaf pan or 2 quart container; cover.
  • 5 freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
