Cajun Fruit Cobbler

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling
  • 1/2 cup margarine (melted) or 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk (regular)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix in a large bowl the melted margarine or butter, flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt.
  • 2 mix all these ingredients and then pour the batter in a margarine greased 9x9 pan.
  • 3 stir the fruit in the can well before use.
  • 4 using a large tablespoon, add the fruit of choice by the spoon and drop method. use the whole can.
  • 5 bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
