Brownie Pudding

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 3/4 cups hot water

Recipe

• 1 place dry ingredients in bowl.
• 2 add milk, oil, and vanilla.
• 3 blend until smooth.
• 4 stir in nuts.
• 5 pour into greased 2.5 liter baking dish.
• 6 combine brown sugar and cocoa.
• 7 sprinkle over batter.
• 8 pour hot water gently over entire batter.
• 9 bake 350 for 45 minute.
• 10 serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
