Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour, heaped
• 4 cups peeled diced baking apples, sliced very thin
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 12 ounces cream cheese
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2-3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

• 1 in greased 13" by 9" pan.
• 2 mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
• 3 combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
