Cake Mix Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
• 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 2 tablespoons red food coloring
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• cream cheese frosting

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350f and lightly grease/flour baking pans.
• 2 prepare cake mix according to directions.
• 3 before beating, add the red food coloring, vinegar, and cocoa powder.
• 4 cool cake completely.
