Ingredients

- 3 cups chickpea flour
- 6 cups cold water
- 1/4 pint oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the flour and salt with the water, cover and leave to stand for about 3 hours.
- 2 pour the oil into a baking tray, or tin,(deep tray or tin) allowing sufficient to cover the bottom of the tin, and heat in the oven.
- 3 beat the flour mixture and season.
- 4 when thoroughly hot pour in the flour mixture and bake in a quick oven (reg 8) for about half an hour, or until a golden crust forms on top.
