Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk (canned)
- 2 lbs icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 boil brown sugar, butter and milk over medium heat in a medium size pot, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 2 add icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
- 3 beat with hand mixer until smooth.
- 4 pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
- 5 let cool.
