Bakery Style Cocoa Chocolate Chip Cookies (nutella)

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 melted sticks butter
• 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup nutella
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven: 360°
• 2 mix wet ingredients first, in order of list above. hand wisk wet ingredients and slowly add 'mixed' dry ingredients. lastly, add 2 cups choc chips.
• 3 makes 2 dozen medium size cookies or 18 bakery size cookies.
• 4 bake: 9-11 minutes depending on the size of cookie.
