Apple Cinnamon Bismarks

Ingredients
- 1 (17 1/3 ounce) can pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375*.
- 2 place biscuits 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
- 3 bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4 meanwhile, place pie filling in large bowl; mix well with pastry blender until no apple chunks remain.
- 5 spoon filling into cake decorator or pastry bag fitted with a large tip; set aside.
- 6 in medium bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- 7 dip hot biscuits in melted butter; turn over to coat both sides.
- 8 after dipping in butter, add biscuits to sugar mixture. turn over to coat both sides.
- 9 insert tip of decorator into sides of biscuits; squeeze small amount of filling into centers.
- 10 serve warm.
