Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tangelos or 2 oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon cointreau liqueur (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in saucepan.
- 2 add fruit pieces and caster sugar.
- 3 stir until sugar dissolves.
- 4 cook on medium-high until sugar caramelises.
- 5 remove from heat as soon as browning process begins otherwise it can burn.
- 6 sit in lemon juice and cointreau.
