Caramel Pecan Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 1/4 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (or you can use margarine, melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f
  • 2 beat eggs slightly with fork in medium bowl. add sugar, stirring until dissolved. stir in topping and butter; mix well. stir in pecan halves. pour filling into pie shell.
  • 3 bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
  • 4 cool thoroughly on rack before serving. cover; chill to store.
