Caramel Pecan Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 ounces caramel topping
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 beat eggs slightly, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • 3 stir in caramel topping and melted butter, mix well.
  • 4 stir in pecan halves.
  • 5 pour filling into an 9 inch pie shell.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted off center comes out clean.
  • 7 cool completely. cover and serve cold.
