Caramel Chocolate Nut Brownies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 20 ounces brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces caramels (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, broken
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
  • 2 combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in large bowl.
  • 3 stir for 50 strokes with a spoon and spread in greased pan.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • 5 heat the caramels and condensed milk in a saucepan.
  • 6 stir consistently until the caramels melt.
  • 7 mix in the pecans and the chocolate chips until the chips melt.
  • 8 spread over cooled brownies.
  • 9 refrigerate for 30 minutes.
