Butterless Cake With Icing

Ingredients
- 1 egg, separated
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
Recipe
- 1 put egg yolk in a mixing bowl and beat until light; gradually add the sugar and milk while beating continuously.
