Butterless Cake With Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, separated
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract

Recipe

  • 1 put egg yolk in a mixing bowl and beat until light; gradually add the sugar and milk while beating continuously.
