Butter Tarts

Ingredients

• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 beat eggs well.
• 2 stir in brown sugar.
• 3 add melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and raisins.
• 4 fill 2" tart shells a little over 1/2 full. don't overfill or they will boil over. they will still taste good, just won't look as pretty. i buy the frozen tart shells that fit in a tart or medium sized muffin pan.
• 5 bake 375 for 15-18 minutes.
