• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons icing sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup raisins

Recipe

• 1 mix base ingredients and press into 8" pan.
• 2 mix raisin mixture and pour over base.
• 3 bake 350 for 30-40 minute.
