Brandy Custard

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup cognac
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 beat all together. pour into oven proof souffle dish. place dish in large pan filled with 1 inch of hot water. place in oven.
  • 3 bake about one hour or until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean. cool to room temperature. refrigerate until well chilled.
  • 4 unmold by running a knife around the sides of the dish to loosen custard. turn onto serving plate.
