Banana Pumpkin Mousse

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup artificial sweetener (splenda with fiber)
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

Recipe

  • 1 mix cream cheese and splenda using an electric mixer. add bananas and mix until well blended. add melted chocolate and mix well.
  • 2 whip cream and vanilla together in a separate bowl. fold cream into banana mixture until light and airy, but not fully mixed. do not over mix. fold in pumpkin until just incorporated using the same technique.
  • 3 chill mousse for at least 60 minutes before serving.
