Banana Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/3 cup artificial sweetener (splenda with fiber)
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup chocolate, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
Recipe
- 1 mix cream cheese and splenda using an electric mixer. add bananas and mix until well blended. add melted chocolate and mix well.
- 2 whip cream and vanilla together in a separate bowl. fold cream into banana mixture until light and airy, but not fully mixed. do not over mix. fold in pumpkin until just incorporated using the same technique.
- 3 chill mousse for at least 60 minutes before serving.
