Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
