Butterscotch Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 -2 cup cool whip
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes butterscotch pudding
Recipe
- 1 mix crust ingredients until crumbly. press into a 9x13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2 mix topping ingredients, except the pudding, together and spread over crust.
- 3 mix the pudding according to package directions and spread over topping. top with cool whip. chill before serving. keep refrigerated.
