Butterscotch Dessert

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 -2 cup cool whip
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes butterscotch pudding

Recipe

  • 1 mix crust ingredients until crumbly. press into a 9x13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 2 mix topping ingredients, except the pudding, together and spread over crust.
  • 3 mix the pudding according to package directions and spread over topping. top with cool whip. chill before serving. keep refrigerated.
