Butterfinger Butter Bars

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter (no substitutions)
- 2 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 butterfinger candy bars, crushed
Recipe
- 1 set oven to 350 degrees grease a 13 x 9" baking pan in a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside in a medium bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, combine butter and brown sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth; stir in flour mixture and 1 cup of crushed butterfinger bars spread mixture into a prepared baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crushed butterfinger candy bars over top of batter bake for 30-35 minutes, or until done cool, cut into bars note: if desired, more than 4 candy bars may be used.
