- 8 inches graham cracker pie crust
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 2 tablespoons creme de cacao
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons triple sec
Recipe
- 1 combine filling ingredients. beat until smooth and thick.
- 2 pour into crust. bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
- 3 mix topping. spread on pie. return to oven for additional 5 minutes.
- 4 garnish with whipped cream or cool whip.
