A Spoonful Of Paradise Mango Kulfi

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/4 cup nido powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk (i use the nestle brand)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mango pulp (i use tinned)

Recipe

  • 1 in a non-stick pan, combine all the ingredients together except for the mango pulp and mix well.
  • 2 bring the mixture to a boil.
  • 3 lower flame and allow to simmer for 10 minutes or until it thickens.
  • 4 allow the mixture to cool completely.
  • 5 stir in the mango pulp.
  • 6 pour the mixture into kulfi moulds or in a container.
  • 7 freeze until set.
  • 8 unmould and serve.
  • 9 enjoy this on a hot sunny day and you will feel a world of paradise in your mouth.
