4 Layer Caramel Chocolate Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 0.75 (16 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 3 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 combine all crust ingredients, blending well and forming crumbs.
- 3 place 1/2 crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
- 4 bake for 10 minutes.
- 5 sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
- 6 pour caramel mix over top.
- 7 sprinkle remaining crumb mixture.
- 8 bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 9 chill 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.
