Caramelized Pineapple And Mango

Ingredients

- 20 g butter
- 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 mango, peeled, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in frypan over moderately high heat.
- 2 add fruit and cook and stir for 3 or 4 minutes till browned.
- 3 add sugar and rum.
- 4 cook and stir further 3 or 4 minutes till mixture thickens and caramelizes.
- 5 cool for 30 minutes.
