Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup syrup
- 300 ml cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup walnuts
Recipe
- 1 whip eggs until lemony coloured.
- 2 addd rest of ingredients one by one.
- 3 mix together sugar and walnuts.
- 4 pour batter into ramikins and inside a water bath.
- 5 sprinkle with topping mixture.
- 6 bake at 350 for 20 min until set.
