Caramel Souffles

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup syrup
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 whip eggs until lemony coloured.
  • 2 addd rest of ingredients one by one.
  • 3 mix together sugar and walnuts.
  • 4 pour batter into ramikins and inside a water bath.
  • 5 sprinkle with topping mixture.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 20 min until set.
